Today we set out for the Crags. We decided to stop by the corner shop and each pick a snack. Today was one of those rare days that did not require a jacket or a sweater. In fact, it was almost hot at times.
In the course of our adventure, we stopped to feed swans. As you can see, the swans are getting aggressive with Krisy. At one particularly feverish point I offered this advice: 'Honey just drop the bread and run!'
After escaping from the water/wind/death creatures, we climbed the slope leading to Arthur's Seat and sat down to eat our snacks. Delaney and I shared an entire bag of cheese balls. Krisy had a very small bag of 'crisps' (chips).
Here we are wrapping things up. Somehow a random dog appeared behind me in this picture.
This was a our view while we were sitting on the picnic blanket. Pretty neat. We really had a good time.
As we were walking home, Delaney would constantly dart out into various fields to pick flowers, chase birds, or just run. Here she is returning after successfully scaring the life out of two overweight pigeons. Bully.
