These shots were actually taken on our way to the farm on Saturday. Here, we are going in the wrong direction. In retrospect it is funny to picture us so happy and fresh in the morning -- heading toward the wrong end of town. But at least it allowed me to take this picture from the upper deck of the bus. Much to Delaney's delight, we got a seat upstairs and right in the front. Which means you have a huge view of everything. This is just down from our apartment on Buccleuch Street.
The yellow sign says 2.30 (pounds and pence) for a day ticket. On Saturdays we usually buy two of them so we can go all day. Delaney rides for free until she turns five.
This is a picture of the Royal Infirmary (also taken from the top of the bus) that we had to take Delaney to a couple of Sundays ago. We found out later that we did not need to take a taxi that day, there is a bus stop right in front of the entrance. You live, you learn.

Thanks Woodie. This blog is public and it has not been a problem, so far. The only restriction I have is that it does not pop up on random searches. Someone has to want to come here to find it. But no invitation is required.
However, you can make it private if you like, I'm just not sure how. You need to make your own blog!!! We would love to be able to keep up with ya'll that way.
